Coca-Cola were looking for strategic sales people with an understanding
of the bigger picture. This idea won a RAD (Recruitment Advertising) Award.
Coke’s tight budget meant the ads were always small, spot red and
had to feature the product or the logo. Other ads included a red typo
“Successful people are always well red” and “bubbly
people wanted” and “rise to the TOP.”
